Warranty terms & conditions:
In case of product failure due to defective material or
Malfunction of any components the item will be repaired
Or replaced at no charge to the customer within the
Warranty period:
Farassoo - Shob will not be responsible for any of the
Below damages:
1. damages or malfunctions in the product caused by
Exposing to fire, high temperature, Dust, water immersion
And/ or penetration of any objects into the product.
2.Inappropriate, substandard use of the item.
3.Damages in component of the products caused by
Falling down or any external force as well as use of the product
In improper environmental conditions.
4. Disassembled, modified or maintained by non- authorized
Service center or people.
5. Any damages caused by computer viruses or viruses or
Software disorders.
• Holding this warranty card is mandatory during the
Warranty period in case of any services needed
• All Tonb products should be returned to farassoo –shob service
Center or any authorized farassoo or shob agents for handling.
• Farassoo – shob service center will not be responsible for any data
Or software’s lost on the products during the repair or replacement
Of the device.
• Free services only offered during warranty period and the
Warranty card must be provided by the costumer, other wise ,all
Repair costs are the responsibility of the customer.
